For Station Fire Officer :

  1. Duration 02 Hours for exam containing 100 questions.
  2. No. of questions – There will be one paper containing 100 objective type questions with multiple choice.
  3. Each question will carry 01 mark
  4. Negative marking= ¼ marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
  5. Medium of examination = in English Only
  6. The physical test shall be qualifying in nature.
  7. The examination  centre  will be Chandigarh only.
  8. Cut off marks for each category in each post will be 25% (i.e. minimum passing marks is 25% of the total marks).

For Fireman :

  1. Duration 02 Hours for exam containing 100 questions.

  5. Medium of examination = Bilingual (i.e both in English & Hindi).
