Accounts Officer	Candidate must hold one of the following qualifications :- (a) CA/ICWA (CMA); or (b) MBA of minimum two (2) years’ duration from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with atleast 60% marks [It includes 2 years’ P.G. Diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA]; or (c) M.Com. of minimum two (2) years’ duration from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with atleast 60% marks alongwith B.Com. with atleast 60% marks. Provided that SC/ST/PWBD candidates and in-service employees of respective Nigam may be allowed relaxation of 5% marks in MBA mentioned under (b) and in M.Com. & B.Com. mentioned under (c) above.
Personnel Officer	Candidate must hold a Graduation Degree from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with atleast 55% marks, alongwith:- (a) A Master Degree in Social Works or MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management (or Development)/ Industrial Relations of minimum two (2) years’ duration from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with atleast 55% marks in Master Degree [It includes 2 years’ P.G. Diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA.], or (b) A Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws/ Labour Welfare & Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management (or Development)/ Industrial Relations from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with atleast 55% marks in Post Graduate Diploma. Provided that SC/ST/PWBD candidates and in-service employees of respective Nigam may be allowed relaxation of 5% marks in above qualifications.

Apart From Above Qualification, Candidates must possess working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

Candidates Must Read all the Instruction before Filling the Online Application form and Must Check All the Details are Correct or Not Before Submitting online Application Form.

Steps to Apply for RVUNL Junior Engineer Recruitment:

Candidates Can Follow The Given Steps To Apply For RVUNL JE, AE & Ministerial Staff Online Form 2020 :-

1. Candidates will have to go to one of the above websites and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
2. To register application, choose the tab “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration Number and Password will also be sent.
3. In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required.
4. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the “FINAL SUBMIT” button.
5. The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband, etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets/Identity proof. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
6. Validate details and save application by clicking the “Validate your details” and “SAVE AND NEXT” button.
7. Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for “Scanning and Uploading of Photograph and Signature” detailed hereunder.
8. Candidates can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form.
9. Click on the ‘Preview Tab’ to preview and verify the entire application form before “FINAL SUBMIT”.
10. Modify details, if required, and click on “FINAL SUBMIT” only after verifying and ensuring that the photograph & signature uploaded and all other details filled are correct.
11. Click on ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed for payment of ‘Fee’.
12. Click on ‘SUBMIT’ button.

3. यदि उम्मीदवार एक बार में आवेदन फॉर्म को पूरा करने में असमर्थ है, तो वह “सेव एंड नेक्स्ट” टैब चुनकर पहले से दर्ज डेटा को बचा सकता है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने से पहले उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में विवरणों को सत्यापित करने के लिए “SAVE AND NEXT” सुविधा का उपयोग करें और यदि आवश्यक हो तो उसी को संशोधित करें।
4. उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे ऑनलाइन आवेदन में भरे गए विवरणों को सावधानीपूर्वक भरें और सत्यापित करें क्योंकि “फाइनल सब्मिट” बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद कोई बदलाव संभव नहीं होगा।
5. उम्मीदवार का नाम या उसके पिता / पति, आदि को आवेदन में सही ढंग से लिखा जाना चाहिए क्योंकि यह प्रमाण पत्र / मार्क शीट / पहचान प्रमाण में दिखाई देता है। पाया गया कोई भी परिवर्तन / परिवर्तन उम्मीदवारी को अयोग्य घोषित कर सकता है।
6. विवरणों को सत्यापित करें और “अपने विवरणों को सत्यापित करें” और “सहेजें और अगला” बटन पर क्लिक करके आवेदन को बचाएं।
7. उम्मीदवार यहां विस्तृत रूप से फोटो और हस्ताक्षर की “स्कैनिंग और अपलोडिंग” के दिशानिर्देशों में दिए गए विनिर्देशों के अनुसार फोटो और हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करने के लिए आगे बढ़ सकते हैं।
