Selection Process :
In the selection process candidates have to appear in four various phases. Here we are describing full Rajasthan Police Selection Process step by step.

Written Examination
Rajasthan Police Constable Exam Pattern :-
Rajasthan Police Constable Exam Pattern is as follows :
- The written test will be multiple choice objective type.
- There will be a composite paper of three parts carrying total 75 marks.
- There will be Question of 150 Objective Type.
- The Time Duration of Exam will be 02 Hours.
- There shall be a negative marking of 1/4.
Note – There Will be 40% Qualifying Marks for Gen & OBC Candidates, 36% Marks for SC/ST Candidates, 30% Marks for each of SC/ST Candidates of Tribal Sub Plan Areas and 25% Marks each for Saharia Candidates of District Baran in Part A, B & C Separately.

Physical Efficiency Test (Qualifying in Nature)
Measurement :
The candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for height, chest/weight measurements.

Proficiency Test :
Candidates who have have qualified in the physical efficiency test shall be required to undergo proficiency test carrying 15 Marks to judge their suitability for these posts.
Constable (Driver)
The proficiency test shall consist of the following practical tests on the subject of vehicle driving and vehicle maintenance :-
(a) Stop Test- 2 Marks
(b) Steering Test- 2 Marks
(C) Slalom Test – 4 Marks
(d) Driving of Heavy Vehicles (along with possession of Heavy Vehicle Driving license) – 4 Marks
(e) Removing three simple mechanical and electrical faults in the vehicle – 3 Marks
A Candidate fails the test if-
(1) Basic vehicle operation is not demonstrated smoothly.
(2) The driver cannot demonstrate control of the vehicle when driving and braking.
(3) The driver hits the obstacle(s).
(4) The driver cannot pass the slalom circuit. Candidates failing to qualify ii the proficiency test shall be disqualified for selection.
Constable (Band)
It Shall Include Different Practical tests on the Subject of band as under
(a) Playing of Band Instrument and Band tunes – 5 Marks
(b) Knowledge of Band Instrument & their maintenance – 5 Marks
(C) Knowledge of Bugle Playing – 5 Marks
Constable (Mounted)
It shall include different practical tests on the Subject of Riding and Horses as Under
(a) Riding Skills Test – 10 Marks
(b) Knowledge about horses and their upkeep – 5 Marks
Constable (Dog Squad)
(a) Knowledge of Breeds, Qualities and usefulness of dogs in Police Force – 6 Marks
(b) Knowledge in Diet, Vaccination and Diseases of Dogs – 6 Marks
(C) Handling and being friendly with Dogs – 3 Marks

Maximum Marks will be limited to 5 only in both case (NCC and Home Guard).

Final Cut Off Will Be Prepared On The Total Marks Of Written Exam, Physical Efficiency Test/Measurement, Special Education & Skill Test / Proficiency Test Of Driver Post.
