Punjab SSSB Recruitment The State Government had been constituting the S.S.S. Board / Departmental Committees from time to time. The Board, in the first instance, was thus constituted on 11th September, 1953, under Article 309 of the Constitution of India. The posts carrying an initial salary of less than Rs. 325/- per mensem are to be filled through the Employment Exchanges, etc. The role of the Board is essentially that of making recommendations of candidates for direct recruitment in respect of posts carrying an initial salary of not less than Rs. 325/- per month and not more than Rs. 699/- per month.

About Punjab SSSB Recruitment Advertisement :-
Punjab SSSB Recruitment While issuing advertisement, it should be ensured that it is clear on all aspects mentioned above and that it should be given in the newspapers according to the policy laid down by the Government in the Department of Information and Public Relations. The advertisement is to be given by the Board twice a month on the dates to be prescribed by the Board as per specimen added at Annexure ‘C’. A clear period of 20 days be given to the candidates to apply. The application normally sent by the candidates within the prescribed period by registered post may be entertained irrespective of the date of its receipts in the office of the Board.
विभिन्न विभागों में खाली 2,280 पदों को भरने के लिए विज्ञापन sssb.punjab.gov.in पर जल्द ही जारी कर दिए जाएंगे। बोर्ड के चेयरमैन रमन बहल ने बताया कि जेल विभाग में वॉर्डन और मैट्रन के 847 पद, लीगल क्लर्क के 199 पद, शिक्षा विभाग में 807 लाइब्रेरियन, उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग में 56 वरिष्ठ औद्योगिक विकास अधिकारी, 61 ब्लॉक लेवल एक्स्टेंशन अफ़सर, 51 आबकारी और कर निरीक्षक, पंजाब वेयरहाऊसिंग कोपोर्रेशन में 120 तकनीकी सहायक, सामाजिक सुरक्षा विभाग में 112 सुपरवाइजऱ और 27 मछली पालन अधिकारियों के पद भरने के लिए भर्ती चलाई जाएगी।
