About Punjab Police Constable Examination :
All the Candidates Filled there Online Application form for Punjab Police Constable Various Posts. Now the Candidates are waiting for there exam. As per the selection process Physical Measurement Test (PMT) will be conducted at very first. The physical test of constable will be scheduled in the Upcoming month. About Punjab Police Constable Admit Card :
All the Candidates should download their admit card from the Website because if any candidate did not have the admit card then that Candidate can not give the exam. So we request all the Candidate to download their respective admit card from the official website. Roll numbers shall be allotted to the eligible candidates and Bar-coded Admit Cards will be sent to the registered email ID (given by the candidate at the time of Registration). In addition, Soon Punjab Police will upload the Admit card on their Official website, then the Candidates can download them from the official website.
Note : “In case the candidate does not receive the Admit Card by –/– 2021, or experiences any difficulty in downloading the same, then he/she may contact the Help-Desk/Call Centre for assistance. Please keep your unique Registration ID handy while contacting the Helpdesk or Call Centre.”

How To Download Punjab Police Constable PMT/PST Admit Card :

- Find the “Admit card” Section.
- Now Here You Will Get the Download Punjab Constable PMT Admit Card Option.
- Login with provisional id & password. (if required)
- Click on download admit card option submit.
- Download and Print the admit card for future references.
About Punjab Police Constable Exam Pattern :
The Exam Pattern will be as Follows–
- The PST/ PET will be Conducted First.
- The Height/ Weight & Chest will be measured in Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
- In Physical Screening Test (PST) the Race will be Conducting.
Physical Measurement Test (PMT) :
Only those candidates who are found to fulfill the requisite minimum and maximum age and educational qualifications shall be screened for height. And all candidates who have been found to be of requisite height (male-5’7” & female-5’3”) will stand qualified to appear in the Physical Screening Test (PST).
Physical Screening Test (PST) :
The candidates shall be required to appear in the Physical Screening Test, which shall be of a qualifying nature and shall comprise of the following events:
