Details of Vacancy :

Age Limit :

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 32 years as on the date of advertisement.

The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women category and by total period of service rendered in defence service in case of Ex-Servicemen.

Education Qualification :

Pharmacist –

• Candidates must have passed +2 Science Examinations under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/ equivalent and Diploma in Pharmacy from Government Medical College & Hospitals of the State/ any other recognized private institutions duly approved by A.I.C.T.E. and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.
• They must have registered their names in Pharmacist Council in the State and have valid registration certificate as on the date of advertisement.

Radiographer –

• Candidates must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha or equivalent and passed Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology (DMRT) from any Government or any other private institutions recognized by Government of Odisha or All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). If any candidate has obtained higher qualifications, like Bachelor in Medical Radiation Technology (BMRT) or Master in Medical Radiation Technology (MRT), they shall also be eligible to apply, provided they have obtained the basic qualification, i.e., Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology (DMRT).
• They must have registered their names in Radiographers Council in the State and have valid registration certificate as on the date of advertisement.

• A candidate must be able to speak, read and write Odia and have-
  1. passed the Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject; or
  2. passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as the medium of examination in non-language subjects; or
  3. Passed Odia as language subject in the final examination of Class-VII or above from a School or Educational Institution recognised by the Government of Odisha or Central Government; or
  4. passed a test in Odia in M.E. School Standard conducted by the School & Mass Education Department.

Application Fee :

All applicants, other than SC, ST, and Persons with Disabilities Category, have to pay Examination fee of Rs.100/- between 07.01.2021 to 30.01.2021.

Mode Of Payment :

The fee can be deposited through online mode by logging into the OSSSC website: www.osssc.gov.in under the Head of Account “0051-P.S.C.-104-UPSC/SSC-Examination Fee-0047-Fees Collected for Conducting Examination by OSSSC-02213”. The detailed instructions for online payment of Examination fee have been explained under ADVERTISEMENT below. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
