About Bihar PSC Civil Judge Recruitment:
Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is going to conduct 31st Bihar Judicial Service Competitive Exam for recruitment 221 posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division). About Exam:
All the eligible Candidates who filled there application form & Now they are waiting for the Written Exam. The Exam will be conducted on 07.10.2020. The detailed Bihar PSC Civil Judge Syllabus is given below.

Exam Pattern :-
Scheme of Bihar PSC Civil Judge Pre Exam is given below :
- The written test will be multiple choice objective type.
- There shall be following two papers in this exam.
- Paper-1 will be of 100 marks.
- Paper-2 will be of 150 marks.
- Details about the negative marking is not provided by BPSC.

- Constitutional and Administrative Law of India
- Hindi Law & Muhammadan Law
- Law of Transfer of Property and Principles of Equity, Law of Trusts and Specific Relief
- Law of Contracts & Torts
- Commercial Law
Note: 10 times Candidates of No. of Vacancy Will be Called for Main Exam.
Main Written Exam
Exam Pattern :-
BPSC Civil Judge Main Exam Pattern is as follows :
► The written test will be subjective type of total 1050 marks.
► There shall be 8(eight) papers in exam.
► Papers will be based on 5 compulsory and 3 optional(choice from 5) subjects.
► There will also be an Interview of 100 marks.
